Grilled Flank Steak

MEAT

Score:

1          -           -                       flank steak

MARINADE

-           -           -                       olive oil

-           -           -                       Dijon mustard

-           -           -                       garlic powder or garlic salt

-           -           -                       Worcestershire sauce

-           -           -                       freshly ground pepper

-           -           -                       lemon juice

 

A) Cover one side of flank steak with each ingredient (be generous). 
B) Take care when using the mustard - it will come off on the grill..
C) Turn and repeat on other side.
D) Place in shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning once.
E)  Grill over glowing coals, 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is attained.
F)  Do not overcook!
G)  Slice diagonally across the grain.
